Legal Counsel (Aviation or Finance)
About the Company
An Aviation/ Finance company  who are looking to expand their Legal department
About the Position
Reporting into the Head of the Department. You will be responsible for the Corporate & Commercial Contracts as well as Mergers & Acquisitions

Experience/Requirements

Qualified Irish Solicitor or a solicitor with equivalent qualification in another jurisdiction with 0-4 years' post qualification experience (gained working in Ireland specifically); and
Previous experience in Corporate Finance or Aviation  is essential, with a demonstrable background
