HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

• Look after monthly end to end payroll processes for multiple locations and all queries relating to payroll including benefits and leave etc
• Lead the wellbeing agenda for the Dublin Office
• Lead the  Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies and initiatives for HR
• Prepare and present people data analysis for various audiences as required
• Construct, analyse and synthesise people related data in a way which assists decision making
• Look after recruitment administration such as Onboarding, Offboarding & relocation processes
• Carry out HR induction for new employees
• Maintain employee records and prepare all employee documentation and forms as required
• Maintain HR policies and Employee Handbook up to date in line with employment law

Experience/Requirements

• 2 - 5 years’ work experience as a HR Generalist with a HR degree.
• Numerate - proven ability to analyze and interpret data in a meaningful way
• Advanced Excell and proficient in Word and Powerpoint
• Payroll experience desirable
