About the Company

Our client are the leader in their field in Ireland and have developed a range of products in the digital space.

The have an immediate requirement for a n IR support person initially for 5 months but which might extend.

About the Position

• Managing the digital support phone line
• User admin across a number of Digital Platforms
• Providing over the phone, remote & occasional on-site support
• Documenting customer service queries and support issues in a clear & concise manner
• Dealing with queries including registration and access issues.

Experience/Requirements
 

• IT Helpdesk Support experience ideally level 1.5
• Have strong mobile, tablet, PC & Mac troubleshooting and support experience
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and project a professional company image through phone and e-mail
• Have strong comprehension of emerging media and technologies
• Team Player

Remuneration Package

A good daily rate is on offer as is the opportunity of remote or hybrid work.
