Client Success Executive

Looking for a Client Success Executive for a new role  with a start-up  tech company based in Dublin.  You will be account managing BtoB clients and be part of an enthusiastic growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-boarding new clients and launching new programs on the platform.
  • Managing programs for existing clients and keeping them updated with new features.
  • Preparing and presenting management reports to clients.
  • Meeting regularly with clients online to do demos and  review their programmes.

Experience/Requirements

  • Hold a third level  degree or higher qualification.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in client services or account management, ideally within a technology-based company
  • Be great at communicating and developing relationships with corporate clients.
  • Be really organised and a quick learner.
  • Like working in a start-environment

Remuneration Package

€40-45,000 per annum
