Architectural Technician – EV

About the Company
Our client is an expanding commercial company who are looking to increase their foothold in the Irish and European markets. They have a large portfolio of commercial property and are looking to increase their construction programs with the assistance of an Architect. This client is in expansion mode and have a project pipeline over the next 5 years. They are focused in the area of EV and renewable energy and are looking for an individual who has a passion for designs related to improving our environment
About the Position
Working closely with the Senior Architectural team, you will become a central support in providing design and consulting advice and expertise in the area of architectural design. You will manage a number of projects from initial inception and add your creative abilities to develop innovative designs. This is a very exciting role for an architectural technician who has flare. You will have interaction with internal clients, external authorities and boar members and this role is an integral part of the growing business.
Experience/Requirements 
Within this role you are will:

• Manage a portfolio design projects
• Responsible for estimating and costings of works required
• Work with the development team in the area of conceptual design
• Report to senior directors in project plans and developments.
• Manage materials and procurement for the programs.
• Review of site surveys
• Document management and control
• Draft and review building layouts

• 5 years’ experience as an Architectural Technician
• A related qualification
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in large scale construction programs.
• Exposure to EV would be an advantage
• Consulting experience
• Knowledge of road design would be an advantage
• Planning experience
• Advantageous to have an ability to use some of the following software programmes; Photoshop, Infraworks, Civil 3D, Enscape 3d render, Movavi video editing, Wix Website design.

Remuneration Package
The client offers an excellent package along with benefits. They also offer pension and healthcare. They have also incorporated a hybrid model and, as this is a senior consulting role, you will be responsible for your location of work on a needs must basis.
