French Customer Service Advisor

Looking for a French speaking Customer Service advisor with nursing or medical experience to join a global insurance company based in Dublin. This is a hybrid role that offers excellent benefits and an attractive shift allowance.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting French speaking clients in global locations with medical assistance needs.
Preauthorization of in-patient treatment.
Case management of very complex high value cases.
Maintain strong relationships with brokers/clients and providers.
Review medical claims

Experience/Requirements

Nursing/medical qualification and experience
Fluent English and French
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Remuneration Package

€40,000 plus shift allowance and excellent benefits
