About the Position

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for their clients worldwide, including brokers and medical providers. With your excellent communication skills and proficiency in German, you will provide outstanding customer support. Your commitment to delivering high-quality service and driving continuous improvement will ensure that the clients receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsively addressing customer queries related to cover, claims, hospitalisation, and complaints.
  • Adhering to departmental service standards, including a 24-hour turnaround for all written communication, such as email responses.
  • Efficiently managing daily assigned workload, handling ad hoc assignments, and following up on individual cases.
  • Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of the products to provide timely and accurate information to clients.
  • Assisting the in-house medical team in coordinating hospital admissions, evacuations, repatriations, and other necessary cases.
  • Ensuring outstanding customer service delivery to clients, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

Experience/Requirements

  • Fluency in English and German languages.
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused role, preferably in an administrative capacity.
  • Advantageous to have experience working in a call center environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Flexible availability for rotating shift patterns, including weekends and nights.
  • Possession of a valid EU work permit enabling full-time employment throughout the year.
*Must be fully flexible to work rotating shift patterns, including nights and weekends.

Remuneration Package

  • Base salary of €30,000
  • 30% pay supplement during unsociable hours (bringing your salary up to €39,000 on average)
