About the Position

Join our dynamic legal team as a Solicitor in the Company Secretary Directorate. Reporting to the General Counsel, you'll provide internal legal services to the company and its subsidiaries. Based in Dublin, this role involves delivering proactive legal support, acting as a trusted advisor to the Retail Business and other subsidiaries. Responsibilities include managing diverse commercial contracts, ensuring procurement compliance, advising on strategic partnerships, and addressing consumer rights. Additionally, you'll provide expert legal advice on financial services, manage stakeholders, and contribute to process improvements.
