About the Company
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing Pharma manufacturing site, work as part of their Laboratory team and progress your career over time into an Analyst position.
About the Position
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning and sterilising glassware.
Keeping records and presenting findings.
Disposing of waste using safe methods.
Ensuring the lab is adequately stocked and resourced, with everything accurately labelled.
Conducting lab testing to produce reliable data in support of scientific investigations.
Preparing samples and specimens.
Demonstrating procedures.
Presenting results to senior staff members.
Conducting thorough risk assessments.
Remaining up to date with the latest developments in your field.
Experience/Requirements
1 year of industry/academic experience as a lab assistant.
Have successfully completed a level 7 life sciences or analytical sciences course.
Time management skills including ability to prioritise.
Good communication skills.
Demonstrated organisational skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Self-motivated with the ability to work without supervision.
Ability to work in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.
Remuneration Package
Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
