About the Position
Our client seek a Senior Administrator for their busy, high energy, Investment Contact Centre, Shared Services Department. This will be a hybrid role, primarily located in the Dublin Office when onsite. Key Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high quality service to companies Dublin Shareholder Services clients.
- The Senior Administrator will have a variety of tasks within in the team and also pay a key role in servicing Strategic Clients, as well as their Distributors and Investors.
- Provide high quality client service by responding promptly and accurately to all enquiries received by the team in accordance with their agreed Service Level Standards and/or as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
- Provide support and oversight to their remote processing hubs, this will entail: email communication to investors when seeking additional information on transactions on their behalf
- Initial review and processing of investor transactions (capital calls, distributions) for their Private Equity client
- Oversight of the companies remote processing hubs, this will entail: daily oversight to ensure cash and reconciliation task are being executed in a flawless manner
- Advise supervisor and manager of all issues, ensuring closure of same and suggest resolution where possible
- Act as Client Representative within Shareholder Services as requested and work with the Supervisor to ensure the disbursement and completion of queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Review, for accuracy and completeness of all clients reporting (FSP, Admin Reporting)
Experience/Requirements
- Some experience in a Shareholder Services or similar environment, with customer servicing experience
- Some experience in liaising with Investors, Distributors and Clients on SHS matters would be advantageous.
- Good knowledge of the Funds Industry.
- Proficiency in French/German is essential as well as excellent spoken and written English
- Experience in call centre environment of a Transfer Agency or financial services industry in an operations environment will be an asset
- A knowledge of AML will also be an asset for this role
