Director of Corporate Services, National Charity
This National Charity, a renowned organization, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Corporate Services. This pivotal role involves leading and managing the core functions including Human Resources, Finance Legal and Governance, and the Office of the CEO.
The Director of Corporate Services will report to the CEO, contribute to the Leadership Team, and have the chance to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals across Ireland.
Responsibilities:
As the Director of Corporate Services, you will have the following key responsibilities:
Human Resources:

• Oversee the HR, Training, and Learning Department.
• Provide strategic direction and counsel to the HR Manager.
• Present regular detailed HR reports to the CEO.

• Manage all financial, legal, and governance activities.
• Offer strategic guidance to the Head of Finance.
• Provide comprehensive financial reports to the CEO.

• Ensure efficient CEO office operations.
• Prepare and review high-level written communication.
• Provide support to the This National Charity Board and Leadership Team.
• Execute strategic and operational agendas.
• Step in for the CEO when necessary.
• Represent This National Charity at regional and national events.
• Oversee key projects and programs.
• Manage the migration of the Volunteer function.
• Contribute to This National Charity's Assisted Housing project and other evolving initiatives.

• Proven senior financial and operational leadership experience
• Executive team collaboration and values-based leadership.
• Track record of building high-performing teams.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Effective stakeholder management abilities.
• Initiative, ability to prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Understanding of the strategic importance of corporate services.
• Innovative thinking and strong planning skills.
