This role will be based onsite in Naas 5 days per week

About the Role:
We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our clients' team in Naas. This role requires a motivated self-starter who works best in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent hardware and software troubleshooting capabilities.

This role will be based in Naas 5 days per week.

What will I be doing?

  • Provide competent IT support and ensure that issues are dealt with in a prompt and appropriate manner to all levels of the business including the C-Suite.
  • Experienced with troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, etc.)
  • Build, configuring and troubleshoot PC and laptop applications and hardware components in line with current processes and procedures.
  • Setup and Migration of Mobile Devices for end users (iPhones/iPads/Samsung).
  • Manage all end user devices to ensure they adhere to all agreed security policies.
  • Document and submit new solutions into ICT knowledgebase.
  • Perform ad-hoc deployment and/or on-site installation of workstation hardware and/or software.
  • Setup and troubleshooting on meeting room audio visual equipment (MS Teams).
  • Responsible for ensuring the ICT standards and Policies are maintained and implemented at site.
  • Identification of incident trends through a Root Cause Analysis process.

What do I need to be successful?

These include:

  • Hardware – Windows Desktop and Laptop PC’s, Wyse Terminals, Printers (office & label), Mobile devices (e.g. iPhones, Android, mobile scanners/guns)
  • Communications - LAN support, cabling structures, MS Teams.
  • Operating Systems - Windows 10, Windows 11, iOS, Android.
  • Software - Office 365, MECM, remote desktop, patch management, Encryption
  • Active Directory – Good understanding of AD, user account, groups, and permissions
  • Basic network knowledge (LAN, WAN, Switches).
  • Basic Audio-Visual equipment knowledge.
  • Able to work without direct supervision and be self-motivated.
  • Able to work in high pressure conditions.
  • Willing to travel to other Kerry Locations to support specific events and meetings.
  • Good Communications skills. Be able to support users from all levels of the business.
