About the Position

Picture yourself as the mastermind behind making the busy season truly magical for their corporate and consumer clients. As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring their clients experience the absolute best during the gifting period. This will be a fully onsite role in their South Dublin City offices. You'll be part of a tight-knit team, working side by side with your colleagues to solve customer issues swiftly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Magic: You'll be the wizard behind the scenes, preparing  orders for dispatch to their esteemed Irish business clients.
  • Personalisation Pro: Dive into the art of personalisation, printing vouchers, and ensuring they reach their customers in style.
  • Customer Care Extraordinaire: Field incoming phone, email, and chat queries with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring all their customers receive top-notch service.
  • Order Guru: Process individual orders for products for end users.
  • Worldwide Connections: Play a crucial role in forwarding hamper orders to suppliers in Ireland, the USA, and Australia.
  • Financial Whiz: Enjoy numbers? Dive into the world of invoicing for corporate clients and expertly handle corporate sales queries.
  • Team Player: Be the go-to person for various office admin duties as required.


We're on the lookout for someone special:

  • Quick Learner: If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a keen eye for detail, you're our ideal candidate.
  • Friendly & Enthusiastic: Bring your positive attitude, friendliness, and helpfulness to the forefront.
  • Customer Service Savvy: Prior experience in customer service or admin roles is a big plus.
  • People Person: You love interacting with customers, be they corporate or consumers.
  • Tech-Savvy: You're highly competent with Microsoft Office products.
The Details

Your adventure will begin between October 16th, 2023, and November 13th, 2023, and continues until January 5th, 2024.

The standard working week is Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, with an hour for lunch, giving you a total of 37.5 standard hours per week. But wait, there's more! In December, they ramp up their holiday spirit with 6-day workweeks. The choice of working either a Saturday or a Sunday is all yours!

This is a great opportunity to land a permanent role! Our client is known to extend contracts to exceptional temps, and come January, there may be permanent roles waiting for the crème de la crème of their temporary team.
