Senior Technical Program Manager (Scrum), Commercial Payments
Overview
You will play a pivotal role in enabling Commercial Payments solutions.  Shaping the future of secure and efficient transactions globally.
You will drive multiple projects simultaneously within an agile Scrum model, shaping and executing technical solutions that solve customer challenges.
Role
In this role, you will have the freedom to operate independently, defining and building cloud-native software products at scale. You'll excel in problem-solving, sprint planning, and delivering agile programs. Dive deep into platform capabilities, technologies, and infrastructure, shaping execution plans for new customer features and capabilities. You’ll oversee full-stack development or coordinate multi-team projects, ensuring transparent progress reporting.

• Deep understanding of cloud-native software platforms and technologies.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with large-scale platform development.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills.
• Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Relationship-building expertise, influencing cross-functional teams.
• Bonus: Payments, IaaS, PaaS, serverless tech, CI/CD, NoSQL, microservices, DevOps experience.
• Technical program delivery, including software development and testing.
