Sales Support Specialist

Looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support a busy commercial team in a leading Engineering company based in Dublin, This is a hybrid role and would suit someone who likes being part of a team and contributing to their success.

Key Responsibilities

• Track project status and  fees  throughout the lifecycle of construction projects;
• Work directly with the Directors to gather missing sales data;
• Agree project projections with Clients and respond to client queries;
• Compiling and maintaining sales projections (overall & individual projects;
•  Keeping database and customer records up to date;

Experience/Requirements

• Experience supporting a Sales Team and dealing with customers
• Be a good communicator with excellent levels of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience tracking projects
• Good IT skills with experience in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
