ICT Manager – Hybrid, Tralee
A leading business with a €1bn+ annual revenue.
As the ICT Manager, you'll lead a team of 4 and oversee ICT systems supporting factories, store networks, and manufacturing facilities.
You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders to align ICT strategy with business objectives.
Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ICT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Manage and motivate the ICT team.
• Design, implement, and maintain systems, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure data security, network access, and backup systems.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements.
• Oversee internal and third-party applications.
• Manage the ICT budget effectively.
• Provide regular ICT updates to senior management.

• Experience in ICT infrastructure, networks, and security.
• Proficiency in application development using Oracle Database/Toolsets or similar environments.
• Project management expertise with a track record of meeting deadlines.
• Vendor relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective leadership, mentoring, and management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Expertise in data center management and data governance.
• Qualification in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
