PI Solicitor

About the Company

This is an excellent opportunity for a PI Solicitor (3 years PQE) to join the Cork based office a law firm. There is an excellent remuneration package and career progression opportunities on offer also.

About the Position

The core duties of this role will involve managing cases stemming from a combination of Employer and Public Liability claims, with a particular focus on fraud and motor cases.

They are particularly interested in legal professionals experienced in personal injury litigation, however our open-minded to other specialisations also. A background in a defendant law firm would be advantageous, along with strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills, analytical capability, logical information evaluation, and proficient IT proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently handling a caseload of files in alignment with insurer service level agreements.
Providing assistance in defending cases involving Motor, Fraud Public Liability claims.
Ensuring effective communication with clients and adhering to deadlines and reporting requisites.
Documenting and recording management-related information.
Maintaining effective client communication while meeting deadlines and reporting obligations.
