2nd Level Support Technician
About the Company
Our IT Managed Services Client are recruiting for a 2nd Level Support Technician who will operate from Dublin City Center.
The role is on a permanent basis requiring at least 2 year’s experience working in technical support. The candidate must be able to work on their own initiative, as part of a team and have the skills to overcome issues relating to unfamiliar scenario’s which may present themselves.
About the role:
The role is challenging and varied requiring someone who is engaging with a can-do attitude. It will entail working for clients remotely & onsite supporting their systems, processes and procedures. Engaging our Service Delivery teams to fulfil client request’s and contribute to service improvement. The role will entail ownership of various processes and procedures, working as part of a team while receiving encouragement to work on your own initiative and become responsible for delivering elements of the service.
Ideal requirements:
Technical Proficiency:
- End-Point Hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Thin Clients)
- Operating Systems – MS Windows 10, 11
- SCCM Administrator (Desirable)
- Citrix
- Office 365
