Swedish Customer Service Agent

Looking for a Swedish Customer Service Agent for an international Insurance company based in Dublin.  This is a hybrid role offering a competitive salary with excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service mainly to Swedish clients
  • Answer all client queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process new applications and documentation
  • Work closely with other team members

Experience/Requirements

  • 2-3 years customer service experience, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
