Talent Acquisition Business Partner
About the Position
Our client, based in Dublin west are looking for a talent acquisition business partner or recruiter. This is a great opportunity to join a leading charitable organization, this role provides huge potential and will enable you to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives. This is a hybrid role with maximum of two days in the office and huge flexibility on working hours
This role will be responsible for delivering recruitment success throughout the organisation, which will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans and developing new, creative recruiting ideas
A minimum
5 years TA Business Partnering experience
gained within a multi-site and fast paced environment
with a
strong foundation in recruitment processes and employment law will be essential for this role
Key Responsibilities
Work with the HR Leadership team, Managers, and employees to ensure a seamless and responsive TA service to the customer base.
Develop and Execute Recruiting Plans; partner with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to create job descriptions, lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position and conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of requirements!
Research and recommend new sources for recruitment
Network through Industry Contacts, Association Memberships, Trade Groups and Employees
Develop and track recruitment data, such as cost-per-hire, time to hire, employee turnover etc
Manage the full life recruitment cycle, with full responsibility for all elements, including dealing with employment agencies, colleges, industry associations etc.
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in ATS, CRM systems (HRIS)
Perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates, administering appropriate company assessments and scoring documentation, performing reference and background checks and
Design and support the delivery of TA processes and programmes e.g. Internal Movement Programme, Employee Referral Programme, Graduate and Intern programmes etc .
Create and complete timely reports on all employment activity and in partnership with HRBP’s conducting exit interviews on terminating employees as part of Talent Management strategy.
Experience/Requirements
Minimum of 5 years recruitment or talent acquisition experience
within a multi-site and fast paced environment with a
strong foundation in recruitment processes and employment law
Experience working within a Social Care Organisation
Ability to build up relationships with all levels of hiring managers and candidates (Internal & External) within the business
Excellent knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices including Requisition Governance, Job descriptions, Social recruiting, Search & Selection, Contract Management, Compensation and Rewards, Employment Law and Talent Management.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment and
excellent working knowledge of Talent ATS and CRM Systems.
High attention to detail and s
killed in database management and record keeping.
Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
Able to collect and interpret data-based measurements to demonstrate the effectiveness or failure of the recruitment system from position opening to onboarding.
Remuneration Package
€50,000 - €55,000 plus benefits
