They specialize in delivering customized insurance solutions to Nordic investors with intricate investment requirements, all while actively contributing to the advancement of a sustainable future.
About the Position
In the role of a Regulatory Operations Officer, you will join a close-knit and inclusive team of dedicated professionals. Your responsibilities will encompass crucial regulatory obligations, including Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT), Financial Sanctions, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), Common Reporting Standard (CRS), among others. Additionally, you will offer support and guidance to the company, with a specific focus on the Operations Department, including Customer Service teams. Through collaboration with internal stakeholders, you'll also have the opportunity to enhance and expand your skills.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Group Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) Acceleration Program & local FCP activities
Preparation of statistics for AML Key Risk Indicators and Risk Assessments
Performance of robust AML controls applying great attention to detail
First line oversight of customer screening, including Politically Exposed Persons and Financial Sanctions and transaction monitoring alert handling,
Delivery of multiple high quality and accurate regulatory reporting submissions in a timely manner and to tight deadlines
Taking responsibility for any tasks performed for and on behalf of the team.
Experience/Requirements
Academic degree from a university or business school
Ideally, a minimum of a few years' experience in FCP (Financial Crime Prevention) and/or Compliance activities
Positive, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude.
Proficient in the MS Office suite with a demonstrated ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical skills, capable of handling complex information
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal (essential)
Strong collaboration skills, fostering effective teamwork and cooperation.
