About the position
Our client a home grown, and very successful and innovative Software Company in Dublin city are growing extensively across their Irish, New York and California offices. Coming out of startup phase and now moving into scale up phase. Very successful, innovative product and customers include Netflix, Universal Studios, Loreal, Uber- to name a few. They have an excellent job opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join their talented success team. Offering hybrid and the opportunity to join a successful growing team working with some of the biggest names across the globe. 


Who Are We Looking For?
A high-energy Success Manager with a passion for changing the world. This person will deliver customer implementations end-to-end, nurture relationships with customers and build a culture of advocates driving advocacy amongst our customers who include the world’s leading brands. This person will travel 1 week a month to customers across Europe and the US and must be willing to work a flexible time schedule for US or North America.

What Will You Be Doing?
● Work to deliver a world-class customer experience to our customers.
● Play a key role in growing relationships with key customers.
● Be part of the successful onboarding of our new customers.
● Provide exceptional support to customers to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
● Identify strategic, new business growth opportunities.

Who Will You Be Reporting To?
● VP Success

What Are The Requirements?
● 1-3 years of customer success management or professional services experience.
● High energy, competitive mindset and hungry for results.
● A proven track record of overdelivering on targets and objectives.
● A self-starter who is comfortable with a fast-paced, high growth environment.
● Excellent communication skills with the ability to create lasting relationships internally and externally.
● Strong product demonstration skills.

What Experience Is a Bonus?
● SaaS experience.
● Start-up / Scale-up experience.
● Management Consulting experience.
● Additional language -French/Italian/German/Dutch/Spanish
