HR Business Partner

Our client, a leading Irish semi stage organisation, is seeking a passionate HR professional to join their team. They're undergoing a period of significant growth and transformation, and this role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the exciting journey.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with the business to develop and implement impactful HR strategies.
  • Be the go-to person for line managers on all things HR, from recruitment to performance management.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team on initiatives like learning & development and employee relations.
  • Drive high performance through data analysis and strategic implementation.
  • Champion change management and help the team embrace new ways of working.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation and become a trusted advisor.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

  • 3-5 years of HR experience with a solid understanding of employment law.
  • A knack for problem-solving and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach with a drive for excellence.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment (retail experience a plus!).

This is a hybrid role with 2 days in Dublin city centre and 3 days remote work.

We offer a competitive salary of €50,000 - €60,000 and a chance to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation.
