HR Business Partner 

50% Employee Relations and operations and 50% strategy

About the Position

A great HR Business Partner role to make the most of your employee relations and hr operations skills in a fantastic company that truly help, support and empower people to overcome barriers that impede their independence and participation in society. This role will commence as a two-year contract working with a talented team of HR Business Partners, HR Generalist and reporting directly to the Head of HR. If you are looking for something new and sick of the run of the mill day in day out work – a cog in the wheel and not really making the impact you would like in your current company, this will be refreshing for you.  It has everything you need, supportive environment, great culture, fast moving, dedicated teams and huge stability. It also offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with senior leadership on critical HR initiatives, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

So, what would be fantastic to see from you would be that you're a predominantly a HR Business Partner who has extensive employee relations experience and ideally have some WRC exposure. You will need to have a demonstrable track record of navigating complex situations and achieving successful resolutions.  A background in healthcare or a similarly fast-paced environment is highly desirable.

So, let’s get down to the package!!

  • Salary - €60,000 to €70,000, plus pension, on-site parking, a great annual leave allowance and many other little goodies! Hybrid model 3 days a week in the office with great flexibility on start and finish times
  • Interview process involves a "Get to know you chat" followed by a face to face technical round and a culture fit interview. All in all, 2 rounds.
