**Fully onsite position based in North Dublin, Santry.**

Key Responsibilities

  • Become the right-hand person to a key leader, providing essential compliance support.
  • Dive into the world of finance, assisting with tasks like setting up suppliers and managing invoices.
  • Be the ultimate teammate, offering administrative magic to various departments.
  • Welcome new faces and ensure smooth departures, collaborating with HR, IT, and Facilities.
  • Become the office hero, coordinating fire drills, managing facilities projects, and liaising with management.
  • Champion sustainability by helping your team achieve eco-friendly goals.
  • Put the health and safety first as a First Aider, Fire Marshall, and designated Health & Safety Representative (training provided!).
  • Fuel the fun! Be the social butterfly who organises and participates in exciting team-building activities.

Experience/Requirements

We're looking for someone who:
  • Has experience working in a fast-paced office environment and thrives on keeping things organised.
  • Experience working in Financial / Professional Services a big advantage.
  • Possesses exceptional administrative skills (efficiency, discretion, multitasking are your middle names!).
  • Is a whiz with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and possesses a keen eye for detail.
  • Is a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Approaches every task with an enthusiastic and can-do attitude.
  • Bursts with enthusiasm and a commitment to excellence.
  • Loves teamwork and can build strong relationships with everyone they meet.

Remuneration Package

Salary: €30,000-€35,000 DOE
