Administrator - Blarney

About the Position

Our client a company based in Blarney are looking for an administrator from 9:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.  This is a fantastic opportunity in a supportive culture and will be based fully onsite. This be a long-term contract initially with a view to permanency, immediate start required. This administration job will suit an organised individual who has excellent computer and customer service skills. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering phones to drivers and customers in a professional manner
  • Completing customs reports 
  • Dealing with packages that require research
  • Dealing with customers at the reception counter
  • Dealing with emails/reports.
  • Covering Data Entry.

Experience/Requirements

  • Two years administration experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work under pressure and on their own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent PC literacy and keyboard skills required
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Remuneration Package

€30,000 to €35,000
