About the Position

We're seeking a superstar Executive Assistant to support our clients' Executive Director (ED) of Engineering & Major Projects. You'll be the right hand to a key leader, ensuring their day-to-day runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll manage their calendar, anticipate needs, and be the ultimate problem solver. Get ready to dive into a world of exciting projects and make a real impact!

Key Responsibilities

  • Mastermind the ED's schedule, prioritising tasks and ensuring their time is optimised.
  • Become a communication pro – you'll draft emails, reports, and presentations that shine.
  • Be the gatekeeper – you'll professionally manage contacts and screen inquiries.
  • Orchestrate meetings and events flawlessly, from planning to execution.
  • Be a whiz with technology – think Microsoft Office 365, SAP, and more!
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to ensure a seamless operation.


  • Experience as an EA or similar role.
  • Has a knack for organisation – think meticulous calendars and to-do lists!
  • Can communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Works independently and takes initiative, but also thrives in a team environment.
  • Maintains the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Is a problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
  • A passion for the energy sector (bonus points for clean energy enthusiasts!)

Remuneration Package

  • Salary range of €40,000-€47,000
  • Pension
