As a global leader in aviation leasing, they specialise in providing state-of-the-art aircraft to airlines worldwide. As their Receptionist, you'll be at the forefront, welcoming visitors and ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they step into their modern and vibrant headquarters.

About the Position

Picture yourself as the gatekeeper to a world of excitement and possibilities. You'll have the opportunity to interact with international clients, aviation enthusiasts, and industry professionals, creating lasting impressions and building valuable relationships. From pilots to engineers, from executives to fellow aviation enthusiasts, you'll be the friendly face that sets the tone for their experience with our clients' company.

But it doesn't end there! In addition to your front-of-house responsibilities, you'll be an integral part of  their Business Support team, providing essential administrative assistance and contributing to the smooth operation of their office. 

Key Responsibilities

  • In addition to answering and transferring calls, meeting and greeting guests, and managing post/couriers, you'll also be responsible for overseeing all catering requirements for the business, ordering and monitoring catering supplies, and ensuring that all security procedures are adhered to.
  • You'll maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the office and proactively monitor and order all stationary requirements.
  • You'll also assist with scheduling, arranging, and setting up internal and external meetings, conferences, off-site meetings, and company events.


  • The successful candidate will have minimum 2-3 years of experience in Reception and general office administration.
  • Must have experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong MS skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are essential.
  • You'll be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • You'll have a can-do attitude, able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with multiple priorities and deadlines, and the ability to work independently using your own initiative.
  • You'll be highly organised with a strong attention to detail, able to lead by example, and committed to doing the right thing.

Remuneration Package

Annual Salary of €33,000- €38,000 DOE
24 days Annual Leave
