Client Services Manager 

5-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanent placement.

Role: As a Client Experience Manager, you'll ensure exceptional client service and support the Sales Team. You'll manage post-sales client relationships, address client queries, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage post-sales client relationships, ensuring high-quality service.
  • Own and resolve client queries, coordinating with internal teams.
  • Understand client needs and ensure service requirements are met.
  • Review service performance and aim for excellent client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Service Managers.
  • Handle client complaints timely and sensitively.
  • Coordinate client onboarding and change activities.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex client service issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service offerings.
  • Contribute to service improvement projects.



  • Experience in institutional client servicing in asset management.
  • Experience dealing with Irish pension schemes is an advantage.
  • IMC level 1 qualification received within the last 2 years is an advantage.
  • Strong client service skills with a passion for service excellence.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Motivated, accountable, and results-driven.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Project management experience is an advantage.
  • Professional qualifications are a plus.

Remuneration Package
Competitive package.  This is a 5 month fixed term contract with a view to permanent.  
Hybrid working - 4 days a week in the office.
