Senior Equity Investment Specialist 

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic candidate for the Equity Investment Specialists team based in Dublin.
The Investment Specialists team is crucial in driving commercial activities for all funds managed within the Equities business line. This role involves close collaboration with sales, clients, and various internal stakeholders.

  • Generate high-quality portfolio reports alongside the IS team.
  • Develop and pursue business opportunities in collaboration with Portfolio Management and Sales, following strategies set by business unit leaders.
  • Create investment communications content to support marketing and distribution efforts, including white papers, opinion pieces, presentations, and regular commentaries.
  • Clearly convey product characteristics, investment processes, and capabilities, tailoring presentations to different audiences and client types.
  • Assist sales with ad-hoc information requests about covered strategies.
  • Interface with clients, presenting expertise at marketing events, client meetings, roadshows, and performance reviews, including public speaking engagements.
  • Lead client pitches by analyzing client requirements, guiding strategy choices, providing RFP content, and delivering pitch presentations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development on launching or reshaping investment products.
  • Complete required regulatory examinations such as “Barchem” and “AMF” within the agreed timeframe, along with any other necessary certifications.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in finance or economics, ideally supported by a relevant postgraduate degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the asset management industry is preferred
