Senior Customer Administrator
This position requires full-time office attendance for the first 6 months and is based in Navan.
Responsibilities:

  • Handle client requests promptly and professionally.
  • Sort emails and direct them to the appropriate team within the agreed service level agreements (SLA).
  • Complete your assigned tasks within the agreed SLA.
  • Achieve personal and client service team targets for call handling SLAs.
  • Actively engage with customers and advisers through phone, letter, or email to ensure efficient and accurate processing of work.
  • Strive to exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gain a better understanding of clients’ needs.
  • Follow policies and procedures across various products and business lines.
  • Maintain a risk-aware mindset, promptly identifying and reporting any issues or risks to management.
  • Foster a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Offer ideas and improvements and maintain a can-do attitude.
  • Perform tasks with consideration of end-to-end timelines, first-point resolution, waste reduction, and customer effort.
  • Use initiative to solve problems and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Seek ways to enhance the customer experience.
  • Support the implementation of strategic projects and initiatives as needed.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours:
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong background in customer service, dealing with external clients.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English with proficiency in at least one additional language (preferably Italian).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all departments, clients, and business units.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Confident communicator, both orally and in writing, with colleagues and clients at all levels.
  • Goal-oriented with strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Ability to drive change.
  • Client-focused with a commitment to providing the best possible experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to client requests in a timely and professional manner.

Remuneration Package

Salary is dependent on experience and up to €40,000
This position requires full-time office attendance for the first 6 months and is based in Navan.
