Administrator - Dublin 24

About the Position

Our client a logistics company based in Dublin 24, is looking for an administrator for one of their busiest departments. This is a fantastic opportunity in a supportive culture and will be based fully onsite in Dublin 24 for this first three months and then will move to a hybrid role
This is a permanent role that will commence on a contract basis and will move to permanency within 6 months, immediate start required. This administration job will suit an organised individual who has excellent computer and customer service skills. This is a unique opportunity to kick start your career in a thriving industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of information which affects service quality in line with company standards
  • Ensure system is updated within the timeframe to avoid service failure
  • Process and validate various reports to confirm delivery and update on system
  • Process Escalation emails from other Depots and update on system
  • Handle phone / email communications on time and in accordance with Company policy
  • Ensure accurate and timely filing and retrieval of all documents / information.

Experience/Requirements

  • Two years administration experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work under pressure and on their own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent PC literacy and keyboard skills required
  • Fluent written and spoken English

Remuneration Package

€32,000 - €36,000
