Motor Sales Administrator

About the Company

Our client is a leading luxury automotive company based in South Dublin. Their offices are a place for collaboration, and they're looking for their next hire to join them on full-time permanent basis, in a fully onsite capacity. However, there will be a possibility of WFH 1 day per week after successfully training into the role. However, we're open and flexible, so if you're an experienced Sales administrator in the motor industry, we'd be open to discussing this in more detail with you. 

About the Position

You'd be joining an experienced team as a Sales Administrator and play a crucial role in the seamless import, distribution, and sales of luxury vehicles. You'll be responsible for handling end-to-end administrative tasks, from order processing to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vehicle orders, deliveries, and administrative processes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to their network of motor retailers.
  • Problem-solve and address customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Prepare and send sales reports and updates.
  • Administer the Retailer Demonstrator Program.
  • Assist with online platform management and vehicle tracking.
  • Process invoices, logistics, and shipping.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders.

Experience/Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in both financial and administrative roles.
  • Strong IT skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of Revenue Online Services (ROS) and Motor Trade Banking Partner Stocking Plans (advantageous).
  • Experience with business management systems (e.g., Keyloop, Kerridge, ADP).

Remuneration Package

  • Competitive salary between €45,000-€55,000 DOE
