Claims Coordinator - Bodily Injury Claims
Job Mission:
As a Claims Coordinator, you will play a crucial role within the Claims team, delivering high-quality service to customers by managing a portfolio of claims. You will ensure accurate reserving, apply core insurance principles, and strive for optimal outcomes. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of colleagues and maintain a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage claims, ensuring adherence to procedures and compliance standards.
- Communicate effectively with policyholders, colleagues, and third parties, offering advice and support.
- Conduct thorough claims investigations, assess liability, and identify potential fraud.
- Prepare detailed reports, outlining claims status, decisions, and next steps.
- Continuously develop personal skills and contribute to team improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum APA, CIP preferred.
- Must Have Personal Lines
- Relevant experience in claims (preferably dealing with Bodily Injury claims).
- Strong knowledge of insurance principles, legal/regulatory frameworks, and customer service standards.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and analytical skills.
Remuneration
- Competitive salary between €35,000 - €47,000 based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
- Hybrid working - Dublin or Cavan
- Parking available at both locations
