Our clients' company is a leading investment firm who are committed to providing exceptional service to their clients. Based in Dublin 4, their location couldn't be better connected. This position will be based fully onsite Mon-Thurs 8:45am-12:30pm.
About the Position
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front of House Receptionist / Assistant to join our clients' growing team. In this part-time role, you will have overall responsibility for “Front of House”, working with the wider Operations & Client Relationship Management Teams in addition to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and supporting their team. This will be a varied role and will suit candidates with strong communication skills, multitasking abilities and really good Microsoft package experience to help you excel. This will be an all-rounder position, so a self-starter with a ability to problem solve and use their initiative, quick thinking, trustworthy, reliable and discreet all comes to mind.
Key Responsibilities
Welcoming and assisting clients and guests
Diary management, Typing letters and reports, Travel bookings
Managing front desk operations, including security, phone calls, and meeting room bookings
Providing administrative support to various teams
Liaising with suppliers and contractors
Coordinating office maintenance and supplies
Organising events and meetings
Ad hoc responsibilities
Experience/Requirements
3+ years of experience in complex administrative position
Experience working in a professional firm would be advantageous
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional office environment
A positive and proactive attitude
Remuneration Package
Salary between €40,000-€45,000 pro rata
