Receptionist and Administrator

Looking for an experienced receptionist  for a prestigious motor showroom in North Cork.  This is a Monday to Friday role and you will be on the front desk of this busy showroom and also support the sales team with the sales and aftersales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer  phone calls, take messages and greet customers.  
  • Support the sales team with the administrative  sales and aftersales processes  tasks required to conclude vehicle sales .
  • Register new vehicles and do change of ownership 
  • Process invoices and credit notes.
  • Record, track and follow-up of claims to manufacturers    

Experience/Requirements

  • Previous experience in an similar receptionist or administrative role 
  • Strong communication, time management and administration skills
  • Good IT skills including - MS Excel, Word, Outlook

Remuneration Package

€30-35,000 per annum
