Receptionist and Administrator
Looking for an experienced receptionist for a prestigious motor showroom in North Cork. This is a Monday to Friday role and you will be on the front desk of this busy showroom and also support the sales team with the sales and aftersales process.
Key Responsibilities
Answer phone calls, take messages and greet customers.
Support the sales team with the administrative sales and aftersales processes tasks required to conclude vehicle sales .
Register new vehicles and do change of ownership
Process invoices and credit notes.
Record, track and follow-up of claims to manufacturers
Experience/Requirements
Previous experience in an similar receptionist or administrative role
Strong communication, time management and administration skills
Good IT skills including - MS Excel, Word, Outlook
Remuneration Package
€30-35,000 per annum
