Support Group Manager
Looking for a Support Group Manager to work for a leading non-for-profit organisation based in Dublin. In this role, you will promoting and developing the Support Group Services across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and develop the Support Groups throughout the country,
Liaise and communicate with relevant stakeholders, e.g. HSE, family resource centres, NGO’s, GP’s to promote the group
Provide feedback, support and guidance to volunteers.
Recruit and train volunteers as needed
Ensure Support Group meeting venues are professional and suitable and source new venues where necessary.
Collate monthly data relating to the Support Group service
Experience/Requirements
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people skills both verbally and written are essential for this role.
Sales or Business Development experience
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and take responsibility for tasks assigned.
Genuine interest in and passion for the voluntary, not for profit sector
Have a full clean driving licence.
Remuneration Package
€60,000 per annum
