About the Position
Our client based in north Dublin are going through a growth phase and as a result are looking to onboard an experienced HR Business Partner to provide a comprehensive and professional HR service to all stakeholders, whilst partnering closely with the business. This role will provide strategic advice and operational support to the business. Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership:
Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Provide HR insights and data to influence decision-making.
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
Offer thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategy.
Develop people strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Resource Planning:
Forecast resource needs to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
Promote diversity and inclusion in resource planning.
Advise on organizational structure and design.
Manage the Strategic Workforce Planning process.
Participate in resource committee meetings and decision-making.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment and culture of respect.
Addresses employee concerns and provides guidance on conflict resolution.
Interpret and advise on employment legislation.
First point of contact for line managers on employee relations issues.
Manage formal and informal employee relations processes.
Advise line managers on performance management, probations, absenteeism, and recognition.
Manage long-term sick leave cases.
Performance Management:
Drive the Performance Review and Development process.
Manage probation reviews for new starters.
Assist managers in setting goals and conducting performance evaluations.
Provide coaching, mentoring, and feedback.
Develops strategies to recognize and reward high-performing employees.
Talent Acquisition:
Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment needs.
Engage in resource planning with stakeholders.
Support pre and post recruitment activities.
Works with line managers on retention and development of high-performing staff.
Change Management:
Support strategy development and change implementation.
Challenge proposed remodeling exercises.
Support employee engagement initiatives during change.
Provide coaching and guidance on HR practices during change.
Contracts Administration and Payroll:
Coordinates th administration of employment contracts.
Manages the monthly pay run.
Advises on superannuation and employee benefits.
Experience/Requirements
A primary degree preferably in Human Resources or a related area and ideally be a member of the CIPD.
Minimum of three years experience working in a similar Business Partner role
5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering or generalist roles.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Have the ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships.
Be flexible and demonstrate a high level of initiative, interest and energy with an ability to deal with high volumes of activities,
Be comfortable in managing multiple priorities in all periods, including those of high pressure, The ability to work as part of a team and assist colleagues in reaching collective objectives.
Remuneration Package
€60,000-€80,000 plus benefits
