Our client an international insurance company based in Dublin city centre is recruiting a Financial Reporting Accountant that will report into the Finance Manager. The role offers a hybrid work environment, allowing flexibility to balance work and life. 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial reports, analyse data, and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Provide expert accounting advice to inform business decisions.

• Drive efficient financial processes and identify improvement opportunities.

• Support internal and external audits.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Represent Finance in project governance and ensure successful project delivery.

• Train and mentor team members.

Experience/Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA).

• Strong technical accounting skills.

• Experience in the life insurance industry (preferred).

• Project experience within a finance team an advantage.

Remuneration Package
Salary depending on experience from in the region of €55,000 - €65,000
