Property Manager

 I am  working with a well-established real estate company in Belfast who are looking for an experienced Property Manager. In this role, you would be looking after properties in the greater Belfast area and the role requires someone with excellent customer skills coupled with strong problem solving skills. This is a Monday - Friday role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relationships, ensuring properties are well-maintained
• Handle inquiries or complaints and deal with them promptly
• Oversee property maintenance and coordinate repairs.
• Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with local laws.

Experience/Requirements

• Previous experience in property management or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of property management software is a plus.
• Full UK driving license
