Rewards Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Actively contribute to design and execution of the compensation, benefit, and reward strategies and policies
Establish and maintain the annual compensation plan and manage its implementation in line with budget.
Lead and administer the annual reward review cycle, including salary and total compensation reviews, bonus plans, long term incentives, and market benchmarking.
Maintain compensation, benefits, and reward information in the HRIS system
Develop, maintain and execute a Compensation, Benefits, and Reward cycle plan
Coach and support HRBPs and Line Managers to enhance their understanding and their support of the Reward policies and agenda
Conduct job evaluations, recommend pay grades, and oversee compensation data analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to explain the job grading structure for existing staff and recruitment efforts.
Test the job structure against existing compensation and benefits, highlight outliers, and provide recommendations.
Manage benefit plans and enrolment process, including onboarding for new hires and annual renewals, whilst ensuring accuracy for Payroll processing
Ensure compliance with statutory reporting such as but not limited to Gender Pay Gap Reporting, EU Pay Transparency.
Create Gender Pay Gap Report Templates and work with team to develop finalised reports for publication.
Experience/Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Reward professional in a large matrixed organisation, or in a reward consulting capacity.
Extensive experience in developing compensation, benefit, and reward models, benchmarking, and crafting competitive total reward packages.
Strong operational understanding of Total Reward policies and programmes
Expertise in compensation, benefits, and reward management across all organisational levels.
Very strong analytical and numerical skills, with extensive experience of interpreting and producing high-quality, accurate management information.
Ability to complete and interpret Reward Surveys
Strong knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems and best practices.
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse data and manage complex projects effectively.
Proven ability to engage and influence senior management with confidence.
Strong project management skills – the ability to manage timely delivery of stakeholders and partners
Excellent quantitative, analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
Remuneration Package
€65,000 - €80,000 plus bonus, pension and healtchare
