Senior Tax Analyst


About the Position

Key Responsibilities 

  • EMEA corporate income tax return compliance, including preparation of supporting work papers as well as review of externally prepared corporate income tax returns.
  • Collaboration with various company functions on tax incentive projects (e.g., environmental incentives in the Netherlands, Belgium, etc.)
  • Support local controllers during the fiscal audits (review corporate tax calculations, communicate with the audit team on various inquires etc.)
  • Calculation, review, and approval of tax payments (advance or actual payments)
  • Income tax accounting under US GAAP, IFRS/local GAAP
  • Review quarterly and yearly tax provisions, cash tax forecasts, and provision to return as well as assessment of uncertain tax positions.
  • Coordinating income tax provision through the delivery and sign off.
  • Analysis of international transactions on DAC6 reportability
  • Support the EMEA Tax Manager during tax audits / tax inquires.
  • Drive process improvements (e.g., SAP S4 HANA integration, etc.)
  • Managing income tax compliance efforts of third-party service provider
  • Supporting/managing tax special projects, as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting / finance / tax
  • Qualification in Accounting or Tax a plus
  • Experience required - 3 / 4 years practice or industry..
  • International tax experience in multiple countries
  • Good understanding of accounting and tax provisions.
  • Knowledge of financing structures
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
