Service Delivery Manager - Dublin

About the Company

My client, an innovative leader in retail and future fuels, is seeking to recruit a Service Delivery Manager to join their IT Operations team.  

The successful candidate will have a strong technical background with a focus on IT Service Delivery who can adopt a hands-on approach. The role reports directly into the Head of IT Operations and will be based in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities 

  • The delivery, management, and improvement of IT services to support the business and user needs
  • Lead and manage a team dedicated to service delivery and ensure that resource is sufficiently planned against priorities
  • Manage the relationships with service providers both internally and externally with a focus on high performance
  • Driving continuous improvement to meet user needs. 
  • Provide regular reporting on IT service deliverables and core KPI’s
  • Oversee delivery of new technology and functionality
  • Work collaboratively across the Group IT team to share best practice


  • Ability to influence stakeholders on important topics / recommendations
  • ServiceNow experience desirable
  • Capable of communicating technical data to a non-technical audience 
  • Capable of independently managing workload and balancing priorities.
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Driven to execute and deliver optimal results for the Group in a high-growth and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strategic thinker who has the ability to execute directly at high quality and pace.
