Office Manager & Personal Assistant

About the Company:

Our client a city centre based rapidly growing nice pharmaceutical services company and a market leader are looking for an office manager and personal assistant.

About the Position:

This office manager role has come about due to expansion and will be a minimum of three days in the office. There are huge opportunities for growth and progression in this role and would be the ideal fit for someone is looking to grow / broaden their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Smooth running of the office and reception
  • Ordering office supplies when required, maintaining appearance of office
  • Establish, monitor and manage office–related contracts with suppliers and third-party service providers
  • Manage IT issues between serviced office and our IT providers
  • Expense reconciliation for company credit cards
  • Scanning and filing financial statements
  • Responsibility for inputting information into the accounting system
  • Maintaining all databases
  • Assist with the management team with adhoc administration tasks
  • Fast typing skills and ability to take dictation
  • Booking flights and hotels


  • 3 + years office management experience
  • Strong technical ability with strong business and financial acumen
  • Experience with Quickbooks or similar software advantage
  • Experience of Teams/Zoom
  • We need someone who can show initiative, take ownership of tasks, is well organised and can work under pressure
  • Commercial awareness
  • Strong upward management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate an office
  • Previous bookkeeping experience is beneficial
  • Drive to succeed and strict adherence to deadlines

Remuneration Package:

€30,000 - €40,000
