VP Fund Accounting Quality Control

About the Position
Private Equity Fund Accounting provides fund accounting services to private equity and credit funds.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving quality control with the Fund Accounting team that are responsible for providing accounting services to a high-profile client, with a large portfolio of funds.
- Engaging with the client on joint process improvements and complete deep dives on any day-to- day issues in order, to develop an optimal resolution.
- Maintaining and improving service delivery ratings.
- Improving quality of output.
- Reducing manual processing.
- Engaging with the client on joint operating model development
- Defining and implementing improvement opportunities.
Experience/Requirements
- Deep experience in alternatives operations.
- Track record of operational excellence
- 5 years + experience managing Private Equity and /or Credit fund administration teams
- Proven management ability in a global organization, managing multiple teams across multiple clients.
- Excellent accounting knowledge.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead change and manage complex operational process enhancements
- Bachelors degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Project management experience an advantage
- Experience with Investran and Geneva accounting platforms an advantage
