Brightwater Executive is delighted to be retained by a leading global Consulting Firm for their Director of HR Consulting role. Joining their division with a team of HR experts across multiple specialisms, this is a truly exciting time to join their fast-scaling team which specialises across organisational design / target operating model change, change management, leadership development, learning and development, workforce planning, cultural assessment and development and talent management.

About the Company

It will provide you with the opportunity to work on some of the most interesting and complex local and global transformation programmes.
Partner with an amazing mix of clients and sectors covering insurance, aviation leasing, FinTech, Banking, Payment and Funds clients. Enabling and providing through the consulting projects teams, a deep expertise to clients with their medium to long-term organisational transformational programmes both in Ireland and across EMEA.
The work is varied, challenging and rewarding at the same time, from creating an organisational design that determines effective organisation solutions to embedding cultural and behavioural change across an organisation.  

This Director role will manage internal project teams, communications and stakeholders, plan and implement change journeys and offer an understanding of the HR structures, practices and policies required to support the organisation.

Our client is looking for an experienced, commercially astute senior HR professional with demonstrable experience in delivering HR change management strategies and goals. The Director role will oversee a portfolio of clients and key deliveries against change programmes, leading and mentoring project teams of various sizes and various HR advisory specialisms depending on the client assignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideally 10-15 years’ experience working in a senior HR role, with experience at Senior HR Business Partner, Consulting Lead / HR Change Lead roles. Ideally with a background currently or previously in consulting.
  • Experience in driving and leading out on HR change programmes and has an project change management skillset.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management / Business or related field. 
  • Ideal sectoral background in financial services, but also open to non-financial services sectors also.
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex business problems and develop appropriate solutions
  • Consulting / project change experience and is used to ‘rolling the sleeves’ up in the delivery of varying scales of project and programmes
