Senior Tech Ops Engineer - Cloud / Infrastructure

About the Company

I am teamed up with an excellent clients of ours, a globally Leading company in the aviation space as they are looking to fill a Senior Technical Operations Engineer - Cloud / Infrastructure position. This is a permanent role accompanied by an excellent salary and excellent benefits package, which I can disclose directly due to confidentially.

The person fulfilling the role will be providing support to users, systems and infrastructure, all in all being responsible for technical operations overall.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and admin of cloud platforms such as MS Azure / AWS etc.
• Managing vulnerabilities associated with infrastructure
• Managing data backups and systems security operations
• Manage ops changes on WAN / LAN infrastructure etc.
• Act of point of escalation for the helpdesk

Experience/Requirements:

• Experience in a positions with a cloud operations orientation to it
• Strong proficiency with LAN / WAN tech, IT infrastructure
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, relationship management skills
