Marketing Job - New job for an experienced Communications & Brand Manager to join one of the international Financial Services Company in Dublin. My client is one the market leader in their industry, they are expanding the marketing team. They are hiring a Communications & Brand Manager who will lead a new project on new brand development and working closely with senior leadership team. This Communications & Brand Manager will join a fast pace and dynamic team. This an excellent job for someone who has extensive experienced in re branding & positing, project management and communications messaging.

This Communications and Brand Manager will collaborate closely with stakeholders within the business to ensure effective client communications that align client-facing stakeholders, inform and deepen client relationships. It is a pivotal role within the marketing Team. This individual will ensure a consistent approach to messaging and efficient scheduling of communications & branding in a B2C & B2B environment.


• Working with department heads to catalogue communications needs and take ownership of the rolling 12-month communications calendar • Implementation and maintenance of communication policy and processes for the creation, approval and distribution of all communications. • Identification of efficiencies to ensure timely and consistent delivery of approved communications to the right clients for the right reasons. • Collaborate with internal departments to identify key client impacts to be supported with communication. • Development and continuous evolution of our brand identity system and tone of voice guidelines and the roll out across the business. • Act as the brand guardian for all communications including the development and deployment of tools, templates and training programmes across the group. • To track, measure and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of all communications and drive continuous improvement.


• Master or Degree in Marketing Communications or Business • Extensive communications experience in Financial Services, Tech & telecoms industries • Ability to grasp technical capabilities and write, translate and communicate complex content in a clear and concise manner is crucial • Excellent project management, influencing, networking and stakeholder management skills, for collaboration with colleagues across departments and technologies. • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mind-set • Excellent verbal and written communication skills For more details on this Communications & Brand Manager job or more marketing opportunities, please contact Mark Byrne on 01-6621000 or email
