Customer Marketing Lead (Financial Services) Leading Financial Services company are to looking for a Customer Marketing Lead to develop, execute and communicate to their customers and our internal audience Over recent years they have significantly grown their market share and their ambition is to be the Number 1 broker life insurance company in Ireland. Achieving this goal requires working with our distributors to meet our customers’ needs and this role plays a key part in helping to deliver on that. This is an integral role in our marketing function and will report directly into the Chief Marketing Officer. Your Role As a Customer Marketing Lead your main responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following: • Develop and manage their advertising to achieve our business goals. • Effectively communicate their value proposition and brand to customers, brokers, financial planners and employees. • Champion the voice of the customer in marketing activities. • Manage marketing staff to include objective setting, ongoing coaching and feedback, and performance management. • Work with their data analytics team to define, gather, analyse customer data to assist in decision making, opportunity identification and evaluation of performance/potential. • Implement and manage customer/distributor research and develop a strong customer insights library. • Manage their marketing support for the largest health insurer in Ireland. • Work within business budgets, demonstrating return on investment and value delivered. Your Skills and Experience As a Customer Marketing Lead your skills and qualifications will include: • Relevant third level marketing degree or qualification. • Advertising qualification an advantage. • Minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience in a similar role in the financial services industry. • Proven ability to manage and execute strong advertising campaigns across all channels. • Ability to lead marketing projects and initiatives. • Strong analytical and research skills. • Will have excellent creative writing and communication skills and team collaboration. • Will have excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail. • High level of interpersonal and customer service skills.
